Orders placed on our website can be shipped within Canada or the United States through Canada Post.

Processing Times

We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible, with most orders being shipped in 1-3 business days. For some lower stock items since orders are sourced from a store location - they may take up to 7 business days to ship. Special Order items are brought in directly from the designer and will ship in 2-3 weeks.

Order Tracking Information

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment from Canada Post, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Tracking is available here.

Delivery Times

Shipping times will vary based on your location. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time; orders generally take 5 - 7 days to be delivered once shipped.

In-Store Pickup

Most orders will be shipped to your selected store in 1-3 business days. For some lower stock items, since orders are sourced from a store location - they may take up to 7 business days to ship. Special Order items are brought in directly from the designer and will ship in 2-3 weeks. You will receive an email notifying you when your items on the way to the store, your store will call you when your order is ready for pick up.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post. Please allow additional time for delivery of orders shipped to P.O. box addresses.

Canceling or Redirecting an Order

Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t make changes to orders after they have been submitted. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
