Processing and dispatching orders can take between 7 - 10 business days. We strive to get orders out as quickly as possible. We ship on business days; Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

You will receive an email notification confirming shipment from Canada Post, be sure to check your spam/junk folder. Tracking is available here.
Delivery TimesShipping times will vary based on your location. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Please note that shipping times do not include processing time; orders generally take 5 - 7 days to be delivered once shipped.
In-Store PickupOrders can take between 7-10 business days to process. You will receive a call from the store you selected when your order is ready for pick up within that time frame.
Shipping to P.O. BoxesWe ship to P.O. boxes via Canada Post. Please allow additional time for delivery of orders shipped to P.O. box addresses.
Canceling or Redirecting an OrderPlease make sure your shipping address is correct as we can’t make changes to orders after they have been submitted. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
